Trust Me
Sometimes it is hard when you don’t believe you need the medication, but others believe you do.
Sometimes it is hard when you ‘know’ it is poisoned, and others ‘know’ it is not.
Intrusive Thoughts
In schizophrenia, a sufferer like me, may at times experience intrusive (unwanted) thoughts. These thoughts feel as if they are inserted by an outside force and are often full of violence. They cause an awful lot of anxiety and distress as they do not reflect the sufferer’s actual feelings and the sufferer has no desire to act on them. I am forced to witness appalling acts of violence against my will.
O Physician, Heal Thyself
Sometimes a person with schizophrenia believes he is God.
Sometimes a psychiatrist believes he is God.
